I have had such a great experience with Tronica. She is very thoughtful and listens so well to the needs that I want addressed. She is attentive to not only what I specifically came for but to anything else in my body that needs attention. She has made me feel so comfortable and I couldn’t recommend her enough. I am 18 and the herbs she has prescribed have helped me so much. I didn’t know my “normal” could be better than it was. She genuinely cares and is really just there to help you out and make you feel better  in your daily life. I began going to wellness acupuncture and herbs to see Dr. Tronica about three or four months ago. I have a chronic pain disorder and I initially went to treat my nervous system and to reduce widespread pain. I also have frozen shoulder which at the time was extremely painful. I didn’t specifically go to her to treat the frozen shoulder, however, after 2.5 weeks of treatment twice a week, I noticed that the pain in my shoulder was completely gone and it felt looser. This was a miracle. I couldn’t believe that nothing else that I tried for my frozen shoulder had worked, including multiple steroid injections, and physical therapy, but acupuncture eliminated all of the pain within 2 1/2 weeks. Since then, we have tried different protocols for my long-term illness and we have figured out the ones that work best for me. In the last one we did, I ended up sleeping through the night and getting a lot more deep sleep than I have (as measured by my Oura ring wearable device) for months. She also prescribes me herbs as supplements to help with my nervous system, with pain and to support my adrenals and thyroid. I had a high thyroid hormone reading and was retested after 3 months. The result went back to normal in the retest. So the herbs have also helped me in addition to the acupuncture. One of the things I really enjoy about her services is that she uses e-stim on the acupuncture needles and I think it increases the efficacy. She also has a scalar wave device that radiates scalar waves, which has also been amazing. She has a wonderful calm demeanor, is very caring and listens attentively to all of your woes and pains and uses that info to come up with the best treatment plan possible I am so grateful for Dr. Tronica and I tell everybody to try acupuncture not just once but to make the investment in your health to do it twice a week for six weeks because that’s the protocol that she had me on and that’s what ended up working well for me. Dr. Tronica Vanzant is incredible. She approaches acupuncture and healing with so much care and empathy. Everything she does is centered on her “why”: helping people overcome pain and anxiety so they can reclaim their lives.

What I love most is that she focuses on the quality of the journey, not just the outcome. She listens, she understands, and she truly becomes part of her patients’ healing stories.

As someone who went through severe RSI earlier in my career, I know firsthand how scary and debilitating chronic pain can be. Having someone like Tronica in your corner makes all the difference. She’s compassionate, skilled, and authentic, and on top of that, she’s a fellow ex-Yahoo, which makes her story even more inspiring.

Tronica and I are part of the same networking group, I was amazed by her knowledge. I wanted to explore acupuncture to address my knee issues, I was scared and until I met Tronica didn’t find a person who I can fully trust.
